To show your registered British Miniature Horse in RIHS and HOYS classes you need to fill in a Declaration form and pay the appropriate levy fees. This must be done annually before entering any of these classes. (Forms can be found in the 'Downloads' button on this website). A full explanation of the Levy can be found in the 'Fixtures' button on this website. There is no levy fee for entering Star Seeker classes.
